Yes. You can upload documents (DOC, TXT, PPT, or PDF) and AI will help create courses from them. All plans support up to 60,000 characters per document.

Can I customize the look and feel of my course?

Yes. You can adjust themes, layouts, navigation, colors, and even remove the LearningStudioAI logo.

Does LearningStudioAI support multimedia?

Yes. You can upload videos, record audio, add images, or use AI text-to-speech narration.

How can I publish my courses?

Export as SCORM packages, PDFs, HTML embeds, or host directly on LearningStudioAI.

Can I track learner progress?

Yes. Every course has an Analytics view showing views, completion, time spent, and quiz scores per learner, straight from the share link, with no LMS needed. Switch the Share dialog to Requires identification to see learners by name and email. SCORM exports also report completion and scores to your LMS.

Is there a free trial?

Currently, there is no free trial available. Please check back later for any updates on trial offerings.

Can I switch or cancel my plan anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

What happens to my courses if I cancel my subscription?

After cancellation, courses will be deleted after 15 days, keeping only 3 courses from the free tier. Shared links and embeds will become inaccessible. Make sure to download your courses before canceling.

What is your refund policy?

Refund requests can be made within 7 days of your initial subscription if you are not satisfied.

Who owns the courses created with LearningStudioAI?

You own the rights to all courses you create. You can modify, publish, or sell them freely.

What formats can I export to?

SCORM (1.2/2004), PDF, and HTML embed formats are supported.

It turns a topic, a PDF, or a document into a complete online course with lessons, quizzes, images, and text-to-speech narration, then publishes it as a shareable link that tracks each learner's completion and quiz scores without an LMS, or exports it as a SCORM package for any LMS.

Learner analytics
Learner analytics is built in and needs no LMS: the share link reports who opened the course, how far each learner got, active time spent, completion, and quiz scores per learner. A course setting can require learners to sign in before the course starts, so the owner knows exactly who finished. See how learner analytics works.
Outputs
Every course can be shared as a link, exported as SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 for any LMS, or downloaded as a PDF. There is no HTML or xAPI export. Courses stay editable in a block-based editor after generation. Learn more about SCORM export.
Languages
Courses can be generated in 20 languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Japanese, Chinese and Arabic. Text-to-speech narration is available in 9 of them, with male and female voices. See narration voices.
Accounts
Authors sign in with Google or with email and password. Plans are per account, not per seat; there is no team workspace, SSO or SAML. Learners never need an account unless the author turns on the sign-in gate.
